Nicolas Roche, above, is now in his second season with Team Sky; Philip Deignan his third.
Team Sky has released photos of its riders in the squad's new kit for the coming season, including Irishmen Philip Deignan and Nicolas Roche.
The team's look has been one of the more conservative in the pro peloton in recent years and has not changed very much since the squad's launch six years ago.
And while the same is true for the 2016 kit, it is more attractive than the designs that have gone before.
The team has gone for a new shade of blue, and perhaps the biggest change is the bigger bands of white and blue on the jersey.
They have the effect of brightening it up despite blue remaining the main colour.
The Team Sky logo is also blasted across the kit. Also present are the logos for Pinarello, 21st Century Fox and Rapha.
The 2016 kit is fourth, and final, set of kit designed by the team’s clothing partner Rapha.
Roche sports the Irish stripes on his right sleeve to denote the fact he's a former Irish road race champion.
Deignan in his new jersey; not exactly a radical departure from the old look it must be said.
Looking slightly worried!
