Cyclist creates brilliant festive reindeer on Strava during 9hr ride

It's getting close to Christmas and the Strava art brigade has been out and about creative some pretty festive designs

A cyclist is Britain has kicked off the Christmas Strava season with a near 130km reindeer across London.

Anthony Hoyle has form with Strava art, especially at Christmas with a previous giant snowman effort.

But he's taken it up a notch this time around with an excellent effort done in stunning detail during a nine hour effort.

Having already done meticulous planning before he set
out, he began in Hammersmith, west London, before crisscrossing the capital and
finishing in central London.

The detail on the antlers is especially impressive. If you’re out an about anywhere in Ireland getting festive on Strava, feel free to send it on.

A couple of years ago two UCD students drew a 62km snowman in Dublin. Simon Jones and Adam O’Reilly planned out their route and executed it really well, as you can see here.

On another ocassion one unfortunate Irish rider accidentally (she swears) drew a rather large penis with her route on Strava.
