Accidents do happen and they sometimes happen on Strava. But this one really was, erm, an impressive work by six Irish women out for a spin in their local forest!
They swear it was accidental, but we’re really not so sure.
A group of Irish women went out for a short cyclocross spin and when they uploaded it onto Strava they got a shock.
There before them was, well, a 17.1km penis.
And it was drawn in great detail with all the bits and pieces where you’d hope to find them.
The guilty party, or victim as she would say, was Tracy McConkey of DB Cycling Club in Cavan.
“It wasn't planned,” she told stickybottle, protesting just a little but too much!
“It was six ladies out for a fun Sunday spin in the forest, though there were a lot of laughs when we uploaded it to Strava!”
They were out for a spin to brush up on their cyclocross skills at Rossmore Park in Monaghan, but took one or two wrong turns on the way.
Their sense of direction by chance added a few interesting shapes here and there and the end result was, well, a bit of a surprise.
We think it tops the giant Strava snowman we brought you last year, which you can see by following this link.
