Richard Maes and Grace Young have taken gold in the elite men's and women's events at the Munster Cyclocross Championships today for All human-VeloRevolution.
In the women's race, Young won gold from Fiona Mangan (Greenmount Cycling Academy), with the bronze medal taken by Marcia Salvador (TC Racing).
Maes, like Young, has been in great form on the Munster scene of late and won the men's title today from Richie Barry (St Finbarr's). Trevor Woods made it a 1-3 for All human-VeloRevolution.
In the junior men's race, Sam Bolger took the gold medal in the colours of Killarney Cycling Club.
Today's Munster champs were hosted by Greenmount Cycling Academy at Limerick Racecourse, Patrickswell. The promotion doubled as ‘Round 4’ of the Munster Cyclocross League.
