Dan Martin had another great ride at Critérium du Dauphiné today; his third day off the front of the race and pushing the pace all the way.
However, race leader Geraint Thomas (Team Sky) attacked Martin late and pulled out a few seconds on him.
Thomas has the race lead going into tomorrow's final stage. Martin is in 4th place, having been well out of the reckoning earlier in the week.

He has been 2nd on the final stage of the Critérium du Dauphiné over the last two years. And on both final stages he moved into the top 3 overall.
Few would be against the UAE Team Emirates rider doing the same tomorrow.
