Damien Shaw of Team ASEA won a fantastic National Road Race Championships in Omagh yesterday when he pulled clear with 18-year-old Eddie Dunbar (NFTO Pro Cycling) from the day-long escape.
Shaw then attacked the teenager and distanced him on the last lap to solo to the gold medal.
Dunbar, who put in a massive ride, hung on for silver and also took the U23 title, with Conor Dunne of An Post-Chainreaction third over the line.
The action is captured in the film below by J Collins Films.
