Here's a great video highlights of today's third stage of the An Post Rás that took the riders 140km from Nenagh to Listowel. The stage was won by Sam Bennett, an Irishman riding for the Belgian team An Post-Chainreaction. The yellow jersey this morning, Belfast's Peter Hawkins (IG Sigma Sport) crashed today and was forced to abandon. In his place, the very strong Polish rider Marcin Bialoblocki (Node4-Giordana) takes the lead.
