The domestic road racing season rumbles on this weekend, with three days of racing on the cards due to St Patrick's Day falling on Monday.
But before the Bank Holiday action in Carrick-on-Suir on the national holiday, there will be three races down for decision in different parts of the country.
Saturday sees a double-header with the Lucan GP taking place in Co Meath and the B9 Energy Storage Tour of Ards being promoted in Co Down.
The Lucan GP - promoted by Lucan CRC - includes a full card of racing for youth riders as well as juniors and seniors. Race HQ is at Dunsany GAA Club and the action unfolds around the Green Sheds circuit.
The youth races are: U12 (10km), U14 (25km), U16 (45km). The senior events are C1 (98km), C2 (98km) and C3 (80.5km). You can get more details and enter by following this link.

Take note: the times for the Lucan GP have changed. The U14 race only will start at 9am. And all other races - youth and senior - begin from 9.30am.

Also on Saturday, the B9 Energy Storage Tour of Ards, by Ards Cycling Club, will start at 10am from Portaferry GAC and finishes at the top of Windmill Hill.
The C1-C2 race will complete four large laps of the circuit, for a distance of 68 miles, with a handicapped start. The C3 riders will complete three laps, or 51 miles. You can get more details and enter by following this link.
On Sunday, the Galway Classic - with gravel/off-road sectors - takes place from close to the Athenry M6 motorway exit, H65 AX79 for precise location of race HQ. It is being promoted by Galway Bay CC.
There are three races. C1s do125km with 8 gravel/bog sectors; C2s do 95km with six gravel/bog sectors; C3s do 63km with 4 gravel/bog sectors. You can find more details and enter by follow this link.
On Monday's St Patrick's Day, Panduit Carrick Wheelers is holding the Bobby Power Memorial promotion, with race HQ at Clonea Power GAA Club.
There are three races down for decision; the C1 100km Bobby Power Memorial (5 Laps); C2 80km Tommy Sheehan Memorial (4 laps); C3 60km Landy Cup (3 Laps). You can get more details and enter at this link.
