Ruairi Power has continued Caldwell Cycles strong season, taking the A3-A4 race at the Patsy McElhatton Road Race in Fintona, Co Tyrone.
The race, in memory of Fintona Cycling Club founder and long time president, Patsy McElhatton was run over 38 miles.
Riders tackled the ascent of Fivemiletown mountain twice, with the summit on the second passage also serving as the finish.
Around 20 riders remained in contention after the first ascent of the climb as the gradient saw stronger riders pushed forward.

The break of the day formed out of this group early in the second lap. It contained Ulster junior 25 mile TT champion and eventual winner Power, along with Barry McKenna of the host club.

Also present was Kyle Fisher (Lakeland CC) as well as Aaron Wiley (Omagh Wheelers), David Conor (Armagh CC) and Alan Glendinning (Island Wheelers).
While they combined well to pull out a gap, there was still life in those behind.
Mickey O’Kane (Termon Wheelers) and Conor Sprice (Lakeland CC) bridged across to the breakaway half way round the second lap.
That enlarged eight-man group maintained a 40 second gap over a dozen chasers as the race reached the bottom of the final climb.
Power, who also won the Foyle GP this year (pictured above) surged clear to take on the incline to the line to take the win ahead of Wiley and Fisher.
