Riding on the domestic scene for the first time in many years since leaving the An Post-Chainreaction fold over the winter, Ronan McLaughlin has enjoyed his first victory of 2014.

The Dig Deep-Inspired Cycling man was best of the breakaway that went clear in yesterday’s PJ Logan Cup main event in Coalisland.

He beat Gary Jeffers (East Tyrone CC) into 2nd place with Gary Cranston of East Antrim Audi rounding out the podium in the Island Wheelers sponsored event.

More later.
