Mitchell McLaughlin and Daire Feeley have taken a 1-2 for EvoPro Racing on the opening stage of Rás Mhaigh Eo promoted by Westport Covey Wheelers.

The two team mates finished side by side some 47 seconds ahead of a chasing group led home by Tim O'Regan (All human-VeloRevolution) after 104km of racing from Westport to Farnaught.

As there were no time bonuses at the finish of the opening stage, the stage result and the general classification after the opening stage are the same, with the same time gaps.
