The Seamus Kennedy Memorial races were promoted in Navan, Co Meath, today - Sunday, March 1st - as the first 'National Level' race on the Irish road racing calendar.
Organised by Navan Road Club, the races are held in memory of Meath rider Seamus Kennedy, a Rás Tailteann winner.
