Richard Barry and Grace Young won the main men's and women's races at 'Round 7' of the Munster Cyclocross Series in Drombane, Co Tipperary, today just 24 hours after podium rides at the Cyclocross National Series.
Young (All human-VeloRevolution), who placed 2nd at the national series yesterday, was in a league of her own today, winning the five-lap event by over 10 minutes from Sally Drennan (Midleton CTC), with her team mate, Sinead Rock, just over another minute back in 3rd.
In the men's race, Barry (St Finbarr's) - 3rd in the national series yesterday - was victorious today by 1:18 over Richard Maes (All human-VeloRevolution). Marcus Flavin (Dungarvan CC) was 3rd at 3:14.
