Paul Kennedy has continued his run of form with his second win in the Newcastle West Wheelers TT League on Tuesday evening after claiming the opening round a fortnight ago.
The Spellman Dublin Port rider covered the 20 mile course in a time of 40:53 to win from Shane O'Connell of Blarney Cycling Club.

Former international rower O'Connell was 3rd in the opening round of the series two weeks ago and on Tuesday night he gave 27 seconds away to Kennedy.
Sonny Cahill (Newcastle West CC) was 3rd, some 2:43 down on winner Kennedy, who looks in good shape just ahead of making his road race return as the season fully resumes.
