Mark Dowling (All human-Velo Revolution) is the new elite men's Leinster road race champion after winning the title race, which doubled as the Trader’s Cup, in County Louth today.

The victory for Dowling comes as part of a strong run of good form in the latter part of the season, which also saw him win the Collins Christle Memorial, Kilmessan, Co Meath, two weeks ago.
