Having taken the best results of his senior career this year, Con Scully (Dan Morrissey Pissei) has today added to his victory in the Bobby Power Memorial, and 2nd place in the Des Hanlon, by taking the win in the main event at the Brian O'Loughlin Memorial.
In the other races it was very much a case of both youth and experiencing triumphing.
Young Jack Woods (Crabbe Dstny), who is a notable up and comer in the junior ranks this season, was best in the C2 race; adding to what is becoming a breakthrough year for him.
And in the C3 event, Martin O'Loughlin - a top A1 rider in his salad days - rolled back the years by taking victory for Panduit Carrick Wheelers in the C3 event.
