While yesterday's opening stage split to pieces at Kerry Group Rás Mumhan and huge gaps opened, stage 2 today came down to a bunch sprint.
That meant no major changes in the general classification. However, the field now has two hard stages in the legs; the fatigue likely to kick in during tomorrow's and Monday's stages three and four.
