Mark Downey has come into some really good form of late and was quickest in the opening 11km TT stage of the Junior Tour in Ennis, Co Clare, this evening
First year junior, Mark Downey (NRPT-Standard Life) has taken the opening time trial stage of this year's Junior Tour of Ireland in Co Clare this evening and the first yellow jersey of the race.
He beat Dylan Foley and Eddie Dunbar - both riding with the Irish team.
