Marcus Christie romps home in 'White 10 Mile TT', Warrenpoint

Marcus Christie (CC Isle of Man)is rarely beaten on home roads and he has continued that habit by romping to victory in his latest 10 mile TT outing.

He clocked a time of 18:41 in Warrenpoint on Sunday to win from Lindsay Watson (Powerhouse Sport) by a considerable margin.

Christie claimed the victory at the Thomas White Memorial TT, promoted by Banbridge CC, by 24 seconds from Watson, with Stuart McCaughey Phoenix CC placing 3rd at 58 seconds and also proving the fastest masters rider on the day.

Karen Hull (Phoenix CC) was fastest woman on the day, stopping the clock ay 24.26.
