John Lynch and Caroline Ryan lead National Omnium Champs after 'Day 1'

Here's the results from the first of two days of competition at the National Omnium Championships at Sundrive Rd, Dublin, today. There were there races today; the flying 250m, the points race and the elimation race.

Tomorrow is the final day, with three races again on the schedule for men and women; the pursuit, scratch race and 1km/500m TT.
