Javan Nulty (DID Dunboyne) has taken victory in the Brendan Carroll Memorial by inches in Piltown, Co Meath, this evening. Recording his fourth win of the year, he just about got past Craig Sweetman of the promoting club Stamullen M Donnelly, who had led out the bunch sprint of around 60 riders.
The result was a repeat of last Saturday's Harry Reynolds Memorial at Man O War in north Co Dublin, where Nulty again beat Sweetman, on that ocassion by a couple of lengths in the uphill sprint.
