Glenn Wearen takes JJ Kinahan Criterium from Ronan Costello & Gary McDonald

Glenn Wearen has taken victory in the JJ Kinahan Criterium in Birr, Co Offaly. The McNally Swords rider took the win in the A2 & A3 event last night, Wednesday, from Ronan Costello (Shannonside CC) and Gary McDonald (Team DMG).

The race was promoted by Wolf Trap Cycling Club, who wrapped all street furniture in generous straw bales make for some very exciting, fast and safe racing over 45 minutes +3 laps, with MC Gaybo Howard keeping a very decent sized crowd entertained.
