Video: Watch rider take on 11 bottles in just 30 secs on Tour

The bottles are whipped out of the team car and are up Hansen's jersey in no time; these guys know what they're doing - especially the rider; legend!

Apart from the Irish guys in the Tour de France, Adam Hansen is rapidly becoming somebody we're all really rooting for here at stickybottle.

Not only has he designed his own line of light and aero shoes, but he's one of the real workhorses of the pro peloton who has won some brilliant races himself in his day.

The Australian has also been known to take a beer from spectators on the final climb of Grand Tours.

And last week when he saw two riders battered with crash injuries coming out of the back of the bunch, he gave them both a push to keep them in there.

One of those guys was Sam Bennett, the Irish fastman with Bora-Argon 18.

And now this brilliant little clip has emerged showing Lotto-Soudal's Hansen take no fewer than 11 bidons from the team car to carry up to the bunch and distribute to his team mates.

It's all done in 30 seconds; Hansen whipping bottle after bottle from those inside the car for stuffing up his jersey and then off he goes.

Something tells us he's done this before!
