Eoin Morton may have only landed into the US last night as part of the five-man Irish team for the Philadelphia Classic, but he was up early this morning to appear on live TV about how the men in green plan to win on Sunday!

Eoin Morton is a man on the crest of a wave at the moment and after winning a stage of the An Post Rás last week, he made his live debut on US television this morning.
The Swords man is the United States as part of a five-man Irish team taking part in Sunday’s UCI 1.1-ranked Philadelphia Classic.
And earlier today - at 7.40am local time to be precise - he took time out to have a word with the news channel phl17.com
Morton and the channel’s reporter Matt Alba took a cruise through the city to shoot the breeze about the race, with the former boldly predicting the men in green will win on Sunday.
Having taken a Rás stage win, taken 3rd on another stage and also led the king of the mountains competition for a while, amateur rider Morton had a dream week in that race last week.
But lots of people commented on how relaxed he was and the craic he brought to that group of riders at the head of the race, which can sometimes be missing.
And if this clip is anything to go by, he's still in confident and witty mood in the US.
He really puts in a very confident performance in front of the cameras, which is easier said than done.
And clearly the Irish jersey is just as attractive as ever to the foreign media; just one of the many reasons why more home-based riders should be sent abroad on more national teams!
