Blink and you'll miss it: In the pits and getting ready to do the best bike change we've ever seen in our lives.
This bike change is so quick it took us a couple of views to even see the rider who was jumping from one mount to the next.
It took place at the World Road Race Championships; in the pits on the circuit course during the junior road race.
Each nation has its own area where they can keep their spare bikes and wheels and where riders can be handed up food or drink and shout for whatever they need next time around.
In the video below, the French national team staff have clearly been told one of their riders is in need of a bike change, most likely due to a mechanical problem.

One staff member, on the left of the shot, is ready to take the damaged bike from the rider as he stops.
His colleague on the right is holding the new bike the rider will quickly jump onto, to get back into the bunch without wasting any energy.
