We've covered the race and you've read about it and seen it, but what do the Rás riders think of Ireland's national tour? This short film brings us inside their minds (Photo: Neon Velo Cycling Team)
We covered the An Post Rás here on stickybottle from before the first stage began until long after the field had reached Skerries on the final stage 8.
But this unique short film by the UK-based Neon Velo Cycling Team brings us the voices of the riders on the squad who endured the pain of eight days around Ireland.
The team includes Irishman Marc Potts - who won the Shay Elliott Memorial in great style last month - as well as UK and other foreign riders.
It features them discussing the carnage and pain and of the race and finds out about their hopes and hunting for glory and how they view a Rás stage win.
This is well, well worth a look.
