This one of the more unusual crashes you'll see; Giro leader Steven Kruijswijk smashing into a snow drifting when flying down a mountain.
Steven Kruijswijk lost his maglia rosa on Friday's stage 19 to Esteban Chaves (Orica-GreenEdge) after crashing and then cracking.
When descending the Colle Dell’Agnello he overcooked a bend and went flying into a snow drift at the side of the road.
His bike was flung wildly around the place and when Kruijswijk dusted himself down and set off again he was forced to change it.
But the bike he got from neutral service wasn't working either, with the gears jammed and Kruijswijk spun out in the pursuit.
However, he would lose five minutes, with Vincenzo Nibali (Astana) win the penultimate mountain stage and Chaves coming second.
Hard to recover from this
