Video: Some lads have been pushing (very) hard in Cork...

We all know the feeling, the main thing is to get back in the game quick as you can (Photo: Michael Meade-Grianghraf Media)

The cyclocross scene's boom has been one of the big stories in Irish cycling in the last few years. And in Cork of late a series of new races has been added to the scene.

At a recent event in Fota Island, Michael Meade of Grianghraf Media was on hand with his cameras to bring us this extremely sweet video highlights.

There was a few thrills and spills, with riders pushing very hard indeed all the way around.

It's great to see riders getting stuck in like this and all being captured in some terrific footage.
