A new TV series profiling some of the country's fittest older athletes is to be aired on Setanta Sports later this month.
The show, titled Super Fit Seniors, will be presented by Irish athletics legend Eamonn Coghlan.
He trawls the country in search of senior athletes who still push themselves to the absolute limits of their ability.
Over the course of the series, Coghlan will speak with people of all sporting backgrounds – with a number of cyclists set to be featured.
He talks to them about the routines and rituals that have allowed them stay in peak physical condition throughout their lives.
Incredibly, some of those featured are in their 80s.
And not only are they still training hard, they're also competing and beating people far younger than them.
Sports such as sailing, rowing, powerlifting, Formula 2 racing, cycling and marathon runners are all featured.
Episode 1 is set for broadcast on Setanta Sports Ireland on Monday, April 11, 7.30pm - there's a sneak peak in the promo clip below.
