
A fantastic team effort in Belfast last Friday evening won Orica-GreenEDGE the first stage and pink leader's jersey of the Giro d'Italia. They haven't looked back since and were still leading with Michael Matthews starting today's stage 5 and facing the first climbs of the race in Italy.
It's been a great few days for Orica GreenEDGE, the Australian WorldTour team winning the opening team time trial at the Giro d'Italia last Friday in Belfast and two of their riders Svein Tuft and Michael Matthews wearing the pink jersey of race leader into Belfast and Dublin.
As Matthews prepares to defend his race lead on today's first climbs of the Giro in Italy, the fun loving squad have a look back on their final day in Ireland, in the clip just below.
