This cyclist was hit by the pick-up and dragged under it, only to be freed by a group of bystanders who ran to lift the vehicle off her.
This clip makes for difficult though, though thankfully it had a happy ending in which the cyclist survived.
Incredibly, she also survived without serious injury.
The incident, which was captured in CCTV, occurred in the city of Bozhou in eastern China.

The woman on the bike was taking a right turn into another street when the small pick-up van hit her.
She was dragged under the vehicle and became wedged under it, her trainers looking as if they were knocked off her feet on impact.
However, a group of passers-by and the driver scrambled to her aid; lifting the vehicle off her while others pulled her out.
According to local media reports she escaped with injuries to her face and leg, which were not life threatening.
