Orica-GreenEdge's 'back stage pass' videos are always great. And the body-mounted camera on a team mechanic has recorded a very scary moment on the Tour de Yorkshire.
It's not just the pro riders who have to perform to their best to win big races and help the team land the really big fish, the many support staff all have to be up to the job too.
And there are few men more committed - cool, and a little nuts - than the mechanic in this clip.
When an Orica-GreenEdge rider came down in a crash on stage 1 at the Tour de Yorkshire, the mechanic got out of the team car to help him, recording proceedings on a body-worn camera.
He got his man right again and up and going very quickly before jumping into the car which caught up with the rider for some, erm, adjustments.
At high speed in the cavalcade, the mechanic reached out of the car window, sticking his fingers towards the front brake to adjust it in a move that could have been ever so slightly serious had it gone wrong.
Lucky he hadn't had one too many pints the night before!
