Junior Men's Time Trial In Full
This clip is the time trial in full and features two Irish riders; Mark Downey and Michael O’Loughlin. To see Downey starting, move to 43mins 50secs. The cameras pick him up finishing, in 34th position, at 1:23:20 into this film. But there are also a few shots of him during his ride in between those times.
If you want to see O’Loughlin starting, go to 1:12:50 into the film. And he is picked up coming into the finish at 1:48:40. However, because O’Loughlin was quickest at all the intermediate points, there are numerous shots of him out on the course.
And because he was in the leader’s hot seat for a prolonged period after his ride, he can been seen on film long after his effort is over. So it would be well worth watching him through from the start of his 29.5km race.

Junior Women's Time Trial In Full
Ireland had just one representative in the junior women’s time trial; Josie Knight. She looked on course for a top 10 rider until a late crash. She eventually finished in 37th place, some 1:45 down.
To see her starting her 13.9km race, go 17:50 into this film. And the cameras pan back to her approaching the finish at the 39:35 marker, with some on course footage of her in between.
