Luas has released this driver's view of the new Luas Cross City and it offers an excellent look at how it will travel through the city.
Cyclists are being told they are no longer allowed on some of the streets; that they will have to dismount.
However, would it really be unsafe to allow cyclists ride ahead of and behind the tram?
Take a look at let us know what you think. It is an incredible piece of infrastructure that will really modernise Dublin.
And it is, without question, a huge step towards the exclusion of private vehicles from many parts of the city.
But is Luas over reacting in assuming its trams and cyclists are completely incompatible on some stretches of the line.
