This motorist sped through a red light at a busy junction, with five cyclists in their path.
Here's a clip that perhaps won't come as a huge surprise to many of you but it's interesting to see it captured on camera.
It was recorded in morning rush hour traffic this morning, Friday, February 12th, and was posted on Facebook by cyclist Luke Pepper.
The motorist immediately behind him in traffic was clearly in too much of a rush to be bothered with the solidly red traffic light at this junction.
So as Pepper prepared to stop, the car sped up and whipped past him and over the junction.
The driver completely ignored the red light and was very lucky Pepper didn’t edge into the cyclist box, as he would have been fully entitled to do with the lights having turned red.
It was also very fortune the four other cyclists – on the other two sides of the junction – didn’t jump the lights in a similar manner.
Be careful out there people!
Dublin madness
