A camera in a driving instructor's car has captured this rider face planting the back of the vehicle, which he didn't see because he had his head down.
Every now and again a clip of an unfortunate cycling mishap emerges that's difficult to watch such is the stupidity of what's occurred.

The clip has just been published on the IdiotUKDriversExposed YouTube channel.
The footage is captured by a rear facing camera in a driving instructor's car.
As he tutors his student, the unfortunate rider gets closer and closer to the vehicle.
He has his head down the whole time and is clearly not looking where he's going.
He simply doesn't see the car stopped or parked in the road and face plants it, before struggling to his feet.
