Usually cyclists are the ones recording errant motorists or pedestrians stepping into the road with their on-board cameras. But this idiot cyclist saw his sexual harassment captured on video.
Video cyclist sexual harassment caught on camera in Australia
In recent years cyclists' video recorded by on-board cameras on their bikes has highlighted the dangers of the roads.
Whether it's dangerous driving, reckless pedestrians or race crashes; cyclists' cameras have captured it all.
Indeed, the new wave of close pass police operations in the UK, US and other countries has arguably been prompted by cyclists recording and sharing the madness on the roads.
But in the clip below, it’s the cyclist's sexual harassment that's generating the footage and media coverage.
The woman who recorded the video was out for a morning walk in Kallangur, north of Brisbane.
She had her phone recording when she encountered a cyclist stopped at the side of the road.
“Nice set of boobs you've got,” he says to her.
But she has the camera rolling and she's well able for him. He makes a pathetic effort to move the conversation in when she puts him in his place.
The woman’s husband posted the clip online; on a local community watch platform.
And speaking to the media in Australia, the victim said the incident had scared her.
“I was shaking. I'm not a soft person. I couldn't even speak properly," she told the Australian Mail.
“You could tell in my voice I was really nervous. I was frightened,” she added, confirming she had contacted the police.
“He was so stupid he didn't realise I was videoing him. It's worse that he's an older man. And you'd think that he'd know better.
“You'd expect a 12-year-old child to say something silly like that.”
