This woman driving a Land Rover is clearly having a bowl of cereal in rush hour traffic. But is it any of the cyclist's business?
The video below is undoubtedly remarkable; a motorist filmed eating a bowl of cereal while queuing in rush hour traffic to get onto a busy road.
But are the actions of the driver or the cyclist more obnoxious.
The woman, without any doubt, should not be eating a bowl of cereal while driving. She is a danger to herself and those around her.
The shock of the driver behind her when the rider relays news of what’s happened is typical of how most road users would react if they had witnessed this sight.
But the rider himself veers across the road and almost comes to a stop to film the woman, near Hampton Court in Surrey.

Were this cyclist's actions socially responsible or did the power of his camera go to his head?
The cyclist circles her car before tapping on her window and telling her to lower it.
He then informs her she is being recorded and that the footage is going to the police, before telling another driver what she’s been doing.
All road users have an obligation to play it safe and report dangerous driving or other incidents.
But are a growing number of cyclists with headcams now taking on the role of the police and effectively putting everyone else under surveillance?
And as the popularity of headcams grows, are these actions going to deepen the ‘cyclist Vs motorist’ rift?
