The cyclist shouldn’t be doing this, but does liability for clipping him still rest with the driver?
Many of us have done something stupid like this; let our anger at a driver get the better of us and do something we probably later regret.
The cyclist in the clip below is clearly, erm, taking issue with something the driver has just done.
And most likely as some form of protest he’s doing his best to do a go slow at the front of the bus.

However, as both edge forward the inevitable happens; the nose of the bus clips the cyclist’s back which, which quickly crumples.
