Dan Martin at the helm of an impressive looking boat on choppy waters off the British Virgin Islands in his team’s trailer video to launch the 2015 season.
Never one to let the grass grow under his feet, when team owner and manager Jonathan Vaughters knew he would be amalgamating two WorldTour squads for 2015 he moved quickly to build bonds within the new outfit.
The riders who survive from his Garmin-Sharp team of last year and the Italian Cannondale squad of 2014 now make up Cannondale-Garmin.
In November, Vaughters took his charges off to the British Virgin Islands for a team building camp.

The key challenge was boat racing in the choppy waters off the island group, but the team also did some training and got to hang out on the beach.

They shot the first film below as a trailer introducing the new squad in advance of the rapidly approaching season.
The second clip is a nod to the sponsors backing the team.
