You have to take your hat off to him for trying, but he perhaps should have started with a turbo trainer rather than rollers; this really didn't go well...
It doesn't matter how experienced we are, we've all made a show of ourselves at some point on the bike.
Some of us have crashed by falling over at traffic lights or we've slipped while walking in our cycling shoes at a coffee stop.
Another old reliable is leaning against your bike while waiting for the off at the start of a group ride, only for your feet to slip out from under you suddenly and send you crashing onto your arse!
The chap in this clip was very much the architect of his own downfall.
Judging by the bit of weight he is carrying, he was probably trying to get the hang of these rollers so he could start getting fit.
But it appears nobody told him rollers were perhaps a little harder to get used to than he expected and that he would have been much better off with a turbo trainer.
No sooner had he let go of the wall and started pedalling than he went crashing to the floor; his face making a beeline for a nearby chair.
Let's hope he was OK and got back on the horse immediately!
Oh dear; the poor dude
