It's January 1st and that means one thing in the world of professional cycling; new team kit day.

Pro riders and their teams have shared the first photos of many big name winter signings in the kits of their new teams.

Richard Carapaz and Rohan Dennis have both moved to Team Ineos while Vincenzo Nibali is now a Trek-Segafredo rider, as is junior world champion Quinn Simmons.

Nairo Quintana and Nacer Bouhanni have both joined Arkea-Samsic in recent months and they have also been unveiled in what is a completely new look for that team.

Elia Viviani is still in the livery of European champion, but this time with Cofidis, while Tom Dumoulin is now a Jumbo-Visma man.

Mathieu van der Poel is still with the same team but it changes from Corendon Circus to Alpecin-Fenix and has gone for a new grey/blue kit.
