Following on from the news that the upcoming Mullingar criterium on June 19th and men's and women's races at the National Championships, June 27th and28th respectively, will be broadcast on television, there emerges news of another TV for a major domestic fixture.
The Suir Valley Three Day, held over the August Bank Holiday weekend, will be broadcast on both TG4 and Setanta Sports.
Last year, a highlights package of the race was shown on Setana Sports in the weeks following it and that's set to be the case again.
But the organisers have been boosted further by the news that Irish TV channel TG4 has now come on board and will also record footage of proceedings before, during and after the various stages.
It's a real boost for the domestic racing scene and further underlines the support the sport is getting at every level in Ireland now.

Details of the various stages are close to being finalised but stages two, three and four remain the same from last year.
That means the race will finish on Bank Holiday Monday atop the 'Powers the Pot' climb outside Clonmel, made famous most recently by local man Barry Meehan who climbed it a staggering 23 times during his 'Everesting' fundraiser for vital charities.
It also means the ever-popular criterium around the town on the Sunday evening is back, won last year by Ken Tobin who was riding for a Leinster selection at the time.
That will be supported by an A4-only crit and while a women-only crit is another item on the night's agenda.
That particular event will be part of the Women's National League.
Stage two is also staying and it was Sean Hahessy, then of Carrick Wheelers and now of Fitscience, who took the honours there 12 months ago.
The only stage that's yet to be finalised is the opening one, though it's been confirmed that it will finish in Clonmel.
