Town installs series of monstrous speed bumps in a cycle lane

One French town has installed the most incredible series of speed bumps on a bike lane; they are absolute monsters.

One French town has moved decisively to slow down cyclists journeying through it with a series of speed bumps in less than a couple of hundred metres.

And as these photos show, they haven’t spared the horses.

We count at least 11 speed bumps over a stretch of cycle lane no more than a couple of hundred metres long.

The bumps have been placed along the cycle lane on Rue Pelletier in Montmagny, Val-d'Oise, northern France.

The speed bumps are 10cms high and apparently were placed on the cycle lane after a cyclist believed to have been going too fast was knocked down.

They'll be good training for Paris-Roubaix if nothing else!
