Six top Irish cyclists have been chosen to lead a new seven-week cycling coaching series launched by Cycling Ireland for female riders.

Imogen
Cotter, Orla Walsh, Eve McCrystal, Lara Gillespie, Eileen Burns, and
Katie-George Dunlevy will lead the sessions.

Every
one of them is very experienced, racing at home and abroad, and they have
invaluable knowledge to pass on to you.

The sessions will be run over Zoom as part of
Cycling Ireland’s Bike Like Me programme and have each been designed by Cycling
Ireland national coach Neil Delahaye, himself a top road rider.

Each cyclist will be riding on a home trainer and the cyclists leading each session will give instruction and encouragement to all of those taking part.

Orla Walsh will also lead one of the Bike Like Me training sessions over the next seven weeks starting this evening - Monday, May 18th - at 7pm

One important point: You do not need to be a top
cyclist to take part. Indeed, you don’t even have to be in good shape.
