She made history earlier this year in becoming the first Irish female cyclist to qualify for an Olympics and now Shannon McCurley has hit the heights again!
This time the Australia-based Irish track cyclist has gone all mainstream, featuring in a meme comparing her to Khaleesi from Game of Thrones.
The meme, below, is doing the rounds on social media and really shows the exposure McCurley got during the Olympics.
