Ras winner Stephen Gallagher & British pro Dan Fleeman: Forme Coaching is teaming up with stickybottle
Less than three months into our existence, we’re pleased to announce we’ve agreed an exciting new content partnership with Forme Coaching.
We’ll be bringing you a range of coaching and preparation advice columns from the full range of Forme’s experts.
Founded by former FBD Ras winner and An Post Sean-Kelly rider Stephen Gallagher with former Cervelo Test Team pro Dan Fleeman, Forme Coaching provides training and preparation advice for cyclists in Ireland and Britain.
It caters for riders of all levels; from the leisure biker looking to lose weight and get into shape, to the elite rider hoping to gain national selection or improve their performance in the pro peloton.
Forme provides tailored coaching and preparation packages and runs advice seminars.

Aside from their key goal of steering cyclists to peak physical condition through best-practice training, Forme also provides a broad suite of services; from nutrition and hydration advice to bike position, sports psychology and physiotherapy.
Their writing for stickybottle will offer advice in all of these areas.

Stephen Gallagher has described the new partnership as a “perfect match”.
“It’s pretty obvious stickybottle has already made an impact on the Irish scene,” he said.
