Start list for Usher IRC 'Gorey Three Day'; bumper 199-rider field for Easter showdown

The start list has been published for the 48^th running of the Gorey Three Day stage race over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend.

Among the names in this year's field, revealed below, include top cyclocross and MTB rider Robin Seymour, who is a previous road race international having ridden on the Irish team in the then FBD Rás.

Teams from Scotland and Germany have also signed up to take on the best of Irish.

The race is being held from April 19^th to 21st  and with a Co Wicklow start and finish, it feaures two stages in the Co Wexford town.

It is open to A2 and A3 riders only and is being run by Usher Irish Road Club.

After a slight change last year, stage 1 will follow the traditional route to Gorey from St Kevins Community Centre, Blessington Co Wicklow, on Easter Saturday.

Stage 2 is the usual TT in Gorey on the morning of Easter Sunday, with a circuit race in the afternoon before the race heads back to Co Wicklow for the concluding stage 4 on Easter Monday.

Closer to the race we'll have comprehensive preview of the riders and clubs most likely to challenge for stage and overall honours.
