Start list for Junior National Road Race Champs; small field but strongest in few years

We've had some very strong juniors in recent years, but what perhaps sets apart this year's field in the Junior National Road Race Championships is the sheer number of strong riders. It's a crop that we feel will throw up more than one or two professionals in time, especially given the programme now put in place for them by Cycling Ireland. The strongest on home roads this year has been Junior Tour of Ireland winner Eddie Dunbar, pictured above winning a stage in that race.
