Sean Kelly's trophies, old jerseys go on display in UK, take a look

Sean Kelly with business partner Barry Meehan at the collection of Kelly's trophies from his long career that have just gone on display in London.

He won more than his fair share of trophies during his massive pro career and now Sean Kelly’s bounty has left Ireland for the UK where they are being displayed.

The classics specialist turned commentator has a very impressive trophy room at home in Carrick-on-Suir but a lot of its contents will be on display in London at the Rouleur Classic exhibition for the next few days.

And Kelly will also be on hand to meet fans at the show and discuss his career, the current pro scene and his work as a commentator on Eurosport.

“We're proud to exclusively present King Sean Kelly's memorabilia collection, curating the story of a stellar racing career,” Rouleur Classic said unveiling the impressive exhibit that includes some of his cycling jerseys too.

“Never before seen outside of his native Ireland, it's a true treat for any cycling enthusiast.

“Containing medals, trophies, jerseys and other memorabilia collected during his illustrious 17-year cycling career, the showcase is set to be a real treasure trove.”
